My goal with this blog is to share my insights and observations in an industry nearly everyone patronizes but few understand. Many people will spend months researching a car they are going to buy, but will buy their insurance, which may pay out hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars after a catastrophe, simply because they like a person they met at a cafe or gin joint.
